About Elderberry

Elderberries (Sambucus nigra) have been traditionally used for centuries to support the immune system, especially during the colder months. They’re rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, and vitamins that may help the body’s natural defenses. Many people use elderberry syrup as part of their seasonal wellness routine.

How It Works

Your DIY kit includes all the dried herbs and spices needed to make your own syrup at home. Just add honey and water, follow the instructions provided, and you’ll have about 2–2.5 cups of delicious, immune-supporting syrup.
