Imposter Syndrome Coaching

For brilliant women who can’t shake the feeling they’re a fraud. Coaching online, everywhere.

You’re good at what you do — maybe even great. On paper, you’re crushing it. So why does it feel like everyone’s about to find out you have no idea what you’re doing?

If you’re a high-achieving woman or a female entrepreneur stuck in the loop of self-doubt, overwork, and never feeling “ready yet,” this is for you. Imposter syndrome coaching isn’t about faking confidence or hustling harder. It’s about getting to the root of why you don’t believe in yourself yet, and rewiring it, so you can show up fully in your work and your life.

Does this sound familiar?

You achieve the thing, and immediately move the goalposts. The win never quite counts.

You undercharge and overdeliver, quietly afraid someone will realize you’re not worth it.

You wait until you feel “ready enough” — which is never — so opportunities pass you by.

The inner critic is relentless. You’d never talk to a friend the way you talk to yourself.

How coaching helps

Together, we’ll get to the root of the self-doubt instead of slapping affirmations on the surface. We’ll untangle the old stories keeping you playing small, help you charge what you’re worth without the guilt spiral, and build genuine, embodied confidence — so you stop waiting to feel “ready” and start showing up as the woman who already knows she’s capable.

Why work with me

I’m a therapist and a coach, which means I don’t just hand you mindset hacks — I help you shift what’s actually underneath. I’m a real human (I swear a little, I love a good rom-com), and I hold a warm, no-judgment space where you can be honest about the messy middle. All coaching is virtual, so we can work together from anywhere.

Starting is simple

Step 1: Book a free, no-pressure consult so we can get to know each other and see if it’s a fit. Step 2: We map out a plan around what you want to shift. Step 3: We get to work — and you start showing up like you mean it.

Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy? Therapy tends to focus on healing and mental health; coaching is goal-oriented and forward-focused. Because I’m trained in both, our coaching goes deeper than surface-level mindset work — but if something comes up that’s better suited to therapy, I’ll say so.

Who is this for? High-achieving women and female entrepreneurs who are great at what they do but stuck in self-doubt, perfectionism, and “not ready yet.”

Is it online? Yes — all coaching is virtual, so we can work together from anywhere.
