You Are Enough.

Finally start to believe it.

Living with low self esteem often means also living with self-doubt, exhaustion, and a sense of life being out of your control.

Your critical thoughts have a way of flowing over into every area of life- From how you feel about your relationships, to your job performance, as well as how you feel about your body. You constantly second-guess yourself, feeling like you can’t keep up with all of life’s challenges. It’s exhausting feeling like you’re not good enough.

It’s hard to imagine life ever feeling normal again.

You may have been attempting to mask and hold in these feelings for a while — at work, with your friends, or in your personal life — but you’re realizing that might not be possible for much longer.

You’re realizing that if things are ever going to feel different, you’ve got to do something different…

Whatever it is that you’re experiencing, you’re beginning to notice the impact of this in every facet of your life:

  • It feels so hard to just get dressed, and you don’t feel good enough.

Even just hanging out with friends has turned from something enjoyable to something anxiety-producing...

  • You’re struggling to hold on to your relationships. You get obsessed and lost…

You’re feeling like your constant need for attention is pushing your partner away.

  • You’re doing okay at school or work…but find yourself only able to focus on the negative feedback at school or work…you want to fall apart when someone comments on your work.

“I am such a failure” runs through your mind way too much…

You need some space to catch your breath and find your ground.

You need an opportunity to slow down, look at what you’re feeling and experiencing, and identify where it’s coming from.

You’re ready to get off this carousel of self-criticism and self-doubt.

You’re ready to release these old stories that are holding you back.

It’s time to regain that sense of peace and confidence you’re aching for.

I’m here to support you through this change.
