  • In our body-centered, self-love coaching sessions, We start by choosing 1 or 2 priorities to work on together. From there, I will guide the client over the next few weeks with individual awareness practices, “homework” assignments, and prompts to help the client reach their unique goals and build a better relationship with themselves.
    I our sessions, I guide clients to cultivate present-moment awareness of their bodies. We explore sensations, emotions, and thoughts related to body image without judgment. Mindfulness techniques, such as deep breathing and body scans, are integrated to foster self-compassion. The focus is on building a positive and accepting relationship with the body, promoting self-awareness and resilience in navigating body image challenges.

  • We live in a society where unrealistic standards are constantly portrayed in media and create a sense of insecurity.
